Order & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular orders:
Shipped the next day (excluding Sundays) with next-day postage. If you require guaranteed postage, additional shipping methods are available at checkout.

Reservations:
Usually processed in 5-10 business days. They are then dispatched with next-day postage.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or by checking the status through our live chat bot at any time.
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we don’t ship internationally directly through our website due to the high costs and complexity of customs fees. However, we offer international shipping via our eBay store using eBay’s Global Shipping Programme, which handles customs and delivery for you.

I never got my order, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your order yet, please start by checking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbours or your local depot. If you still can't locate it, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.
