Let’s get paired.

Step 1 of 6

Place both AirPods Pro in the charging case. Connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 6

Open the lid, then do one of the following:

• If the status light is already flashing white, skip to step 5.
• If it isn't, continue to the next step.

Step 3 of 6

Double-tap the front of the case while the status light is on. Double-tap again when the light flashes white, then a third time when it flashes faster. Keep going until the light flashes amber, then white.

Step 4 of 6

While the light is still flashing white, close the lid.

Step 5 of 6

Before tapping Connect on the setup animation, open Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet:

• If your AirPods Pro appear, tap the More Info button next to them, choose Forget This Device, and confirm.
• If they don't appear, continue to the next step.

Step 6 of 6

Open the lid next to your unlocked iPhone or iPad, tap Connect in the setup animation, then tap Done.
