Let’s get paired.

Step 1 of 4

Place both earbuds in the charging case. Connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Open the lid. Press and hold the button above the Beats logo on each earbud at the same time for 15–20 seconds, until you hear three rapid beeps confirming the reset.

Step 3 of 4

Close the lid, then on your phone or tablet, open Bluetooth settings:

• If your old Beats Solo Buds entry appears, tap the info button next to it, choose Forget This Device, and confirm.
• If it doesn't appear, continue to the next step.

Step 4 of 4

Re-open the lid, then connect to the earbuds:

• When Beats Solo Buds appears in Bluetooth settings, tap to pair.
• If it doesn't appear, press and hold the buttons above the Beats logos again for 5–10 seconds, until you hear repeated beeping (pairing mode is active). Then check Bluetooth again.
