Let’s get paired.

Step 1 of 5

Place both earbuds in the charging case. Connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 5

Open the lid. The LEDs blink red and green — the earbuds are in pairing mode.

Step 3 of 5

On your phone or tablet, open Bluetooth settings:

• If your old Galaxy Buds+ entry appears, tap the gear icon next to it, choose Unpair, and confirm.
• If it doesn't appear, continue to the next step.

Step 4 of 5

Connect to the earbuds:

• When Galaxy Buds+ appears in Bluetooth settings, tap to pair.
• If they don't appear, put both earbuds in your ears and touch and hold both touchpads for about 3 seconds, until you hear the pairing tone. Then check Bluetooth again and tap Galaxy Buds+ to connect.

Step 5 of 5

Optional full reset (clears all settings): in the Galaxy Wearable app once connected, tap About earbuds → Reset → confirm.
