Step 1 of 5
Place both earbuds in their slots in the charging case. Connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 30 minutes.

On your phone or tablet, open Bluetooth settings:
- If your old Galaxy Buds2 Pro entry appears, tap the gear icon next to it, choose Unpair, and confirm.
- If it doesn't appear, continue to the next step.
Step 4 of 5
Connect to the earbuds:
- When Galaxy Buds2 Pro appears in Bluetooth settings, tap to pair.
- If they don't appear, with the earbuds still in the open case, touch and hold both touchpads for about 3 seconds, until the case LEDs flash. Then check Bluetooth again and tap Galaxy Buds2 Pro to connect.
Step 5 of 5
Optional full reset (clears all settings): in the Galaxy Wearable app once connected, tap General settings → Reset → confirm.
