Let’s get paired.
1/5
Step 1 of 5
Place both earbuds in their slots in the charging case. If the light on the case does not flash, connect the case to power and charge it for at least 10 minutes before going on.
Step 2 of 5
On your phone or tablet, open Bluetooth settings:
- If an old Galaxy Buds3 Pro entry appears, tap the gear icon next to it, choose Unpair, and confirm.
- If it doesn’t appear, continue to the next step.
Step 3 of 5
Close the case lid, then open it again. The earbuds enter pairing mode automatically.
Step 4 of 5
Connect to the earbuds:
- When Galaxy Buds3 Pro appears in Bluetooth settings, tap to pair.
- If they don’t appear, leave the earbuds in the case and press and hold the Connect button on the bottom edge of the case, beside the USB-C port, for about 15–20 seconds — until the case light flashes red, green and blue. Let go once it flashes; holding past 20 seconds can reset the earbuds.
- Pairing mode lasts 3 minutes. If nothing has connected by then, close the lid and open it again to restart it.
Step 5 of 5
Optional full reset (clears all settings): in the Galaxy Wearable app once connected, tap Earbuds settings → Reset → confirm. The app is Android only, so this step is not possible from an iPhone — the earbuds still pair and play as normal there.
