Let’s get paired.

Step 1 of 4

Place both earbuds in the charging case. The left and right LEDs on the case should light up white — if they don't, reseat the earbuds. Connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Open the lid. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 10 seconds, until the case LED flashes white rapidly three times.

Step 3 of 4

On your phone or tablet, open Bluetooth settings:

• If your old Soundcore P40i entry appears, tap to forget it.
• If it doesn't appear, continue to the next step.

Step 4 of 4

Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then tap Soundcore P40i when it appears to pair.
